I used to stress out very easily when I was younger and was anxious almost all the time but not now. I tend to go off reflexes nowadays, go with the flow more often than not and let instinct take over. it's so much easier and much more fun that way.

At this time of year I stress out about everything. I work full time and try and run a house hold.I haven't even bought any Christmas presents yet. I'd love to just go with the flow but how do you do that? lol â¥

When i am at work i can easily get stressed out. I have my days planned out and if someone comes to me and i have to change it, well i get anxious. If its my free time or i am on vacation i go with the flow.

I don't let the negativity in, I want to live and love my life, so I guess go with the flow, or more realistically take charge , give direction, and live! X

Everybody experiences cloudy days when the boundaries of our minds seem abnormally weak...There is little to be done about it but to endure until the episode passes...Dont take it so seriously and become impatient!

It comes and goes. Having too much to do in one day is a trigger for me.
