Trying to be a human is hard enough, let alone becoming a werewolf or vampire, l can think of many things you could be doing instead of wasting your time with this rubbish, you do know werewolves and vampires are just made up stories don't you. There are no ways of becoming a werewolf or vampire, OK ,ever ever ever !!!!
(I use to be a werewolf but l'm alright nooowww !!!)

Once you turn into one, you don't remember who you are anyways, so its as good as dying. Oh, wait, if you tried to become one you WOULD die anyways. So, yah.
You do have to find one first. I know a guy who has a vampire-finder. He won't sell it to me, cause I almost broke it once when I was drunk at his party, but he might sell it to you. Werewolves can probably be found in the yellow pages. I got a coupon for once in the Sunday paper last week. Good luck with that! : )
