Who do you have suppressed anger and resentment toward? Don't forget to consider yourself. You have to identify and define some things. It's not easy to look at things so close to you. People can never actually be who they appear to be or who you want them to be...and that works both ways.

It sounds like you maybe surviving by releasing on easy targets. There are ways get out of this. Some easier than others. Until you figure them out, or someone clues you in, you must remember that you must always follow and do what you know to be right to respect yourself. It will give you a place to start every thought and action from, your center, your place in the world. Your thoughts and actions are all you are. Accept it. Take it easy on your body the previous two things need it.

You are the model of strength, integrity, and honor that others, often secretly, desire to be. Help those you can and vent appropriately at the appropriate source...if there is one.

Good Luck (and my respect for being strong enough to question yourself)

Why don't you start by changing your thoughts to positive ones and keep reinforcing. Always find good things about a person, rather than negative things.
Give praise to does who deserve. Practice daily with positive thoughts and good results will come. Whenever you wants to say anything negative stop and replace it with positive one. Try all of these and in six months you will begin to see a different you.
