EBS, though it's not between 1 and 3. It's around 5 dollars.

SIRI is most likely a good buy at around 3.60.

There are plenty of others, but be careful of what people, including me, tell you on here. Many peope "pump" the stocks that they own, stupidly thinking that by you buying some of it, the stock will have a significant rise.

I own SIRI, but not EBS. I made some money on EBS and would like to buy it back again, but am out of money right now, until I sell some more stock.

You might want to join this yahoo group, and just read for a whle what the members are writing. Many of them deal in stocks of this price range. They seem to be fairly honest and knowledgeable. They've helped me several times. See link below:

Typical first mistake of new traders;
Buying stocks under $5.00 (Penny Stocks).

Typical 2nd mistake;
Getting/asking advise from strangers whose qualifications and motives can never be known.

Consider yourself warned.
