Wait a second here. The video is said to be from a surveillance camera. Since when are surveillance cameras mounted at shoulder level? I don't need to see anymore to have my BS meter pegged.

But yet, I watched on. And I saw a figure draped in a some kind of cloak walk behind a car. Uh, yeah. That's supposed to be paranormal? Bad concept, bad editing, bad execution, and fake fake fake.

I watched it a couple of times. At first I thought it was just a lady walking backwards behind a car into a closet. Then I noticed that her head disappeared...instead of going into a closet or instead of leaning down behind the car. Looked like she had a white robe on...but it did look a little sheer. If I was totally un skeptical..I would believe it's a ghost. Since I have a little skepticism in me..I 'll say I'm not sure.

I've seen this one before, it seems as though the "spirit" is moving in reverse. Something about it doesn't give you the creeps - if the spirit wasn't in re-wind mode it would actually be scary - but it looked like a cardboard cut out superimposed into the video.

It really just looks like a shadow casted from a man walking behind the column...the camera is blocked...i would've been more convinced if the clip was longer and not just repeating that short segment over and over..

If it hasnt been tampered with- I would agree it is likely a ghost. Look at how it moves without taking steps- its floating. And also, you can see through it. Look at the wall behind the figure while she moves behind the car. It would be impossible to reproduce without camera tricks, so if it is genuine, then its got to be ghost.

Why do these things always have such long lead-ins? I assume it's because they wish to set the stage and build suspense. I would think real phenomenon wouldn't require the dramatics.

Oh, and no I don't think it's a ghost.

I saw that one before and it sure does look eerie, but I think it is caused by stopping the frames.

Being a known de-bunker.I'd say the video was very sketchy.Since I'm unqualified to render an opinion. It's whatever you want it to be.
