Is there any possibility that he will play again with another team this season?

Coz i don't want his career to end up like this.....

Any thoughts?

It's so sad to hear that Penny was waived by the Heat. I hope that he will not end his career this season due to the fact that he has work harder and practice a lot to come this far but still was waived to clear a roster spot. still hoping that some team will sign him as soon as possible.

There is a possibility that after the heat trade Smush Parker and some other under achiening players Riley plans on resigning Penny if he has not been yet signed by another team.

That microfracture surgery really screwed him up. He was so exciting to watch early on but by the time he was with the Knicks there was nothing fun about it. The fact that he's getting cut by the lowly Heat should be a sign that its time to hang it up. Not everyone can have a nice ending to their career and there have plenty of bigger stars to have worse endings.

I was surprised to see that he was still in the league. I don't know what happened to him over the years, but he was quite the talent, as we all know, in his earlier days. But heck, he's got to be the same age as Shaq, if I remember right they came up the same year. It's funny Shaq is still performing pretty well, considering he is so HUGE and all, and Penny has faded. You just can't predict these things.

He used to be an amazing talent, but unfortunately, the Heat is the NBA equivalent to a black-hole. Penny will never be heard from again..
