Here are a few thoughts:

1- Some snails will "hide" in their shells for days or weeks. They may appear to be dead when they are not. Some snails are nocturnal and will burrow into the substrate only coming out at night. Other snails may float and stay closed in their shells. Unless the snails "foot" or trap door is slightly opened and bubbly "slime" is coming out of the shell, it probably isn't dead.
2- Snails are sensitive to pH fluctuations and drastic temperature changes. What is your pH? Maintaining a stable pH is much better than trying to buffer to keep a specific range or parameter.
3- What are you feeding the snail? Many snails must be fed with live plants, spirulina or algae wafers as they will not necessarily thrive on tank algae.
4- What is the temperature in your tank and is it appropriate for both your snail and frog?
5- Have you recently medicated your tank? Have you added any live plant food/fertilizer? Snails are not tolerant of many medications or plant foods. Copper is extremely toxic to snails.

Snails can be a bit skittish. Any sudden change in their environment can cause them to close up. She may stay this way for several days.

This may sound strange but pick it up and smell it. Dead snails have a really bad odor. My snails have gotton scared and tucked in their shells for a long time. Is she in different spots ever? Sometimes they tuck in their shells all day but come out at night. What are you feeding her? Algae wafers are a good food for snails.

Your snail (or most any snail) is both she and he. Look it up.
