Although I am watching my saturated fat intake, I treated myself to a Dairy Queen peppermint Blizzard. Only drawback was too many mint chips.

I had it once. That was enough. I like peppermint, but that ice cream turned me off of having it in ice cream forever. I still enjoy mint chocolate chip from Thrifty cause there isn't that many, or there weren't that many chocolate chips in it and it was very minty.

When I was driving past Dairy Queen the other day, I noticed they had that advertised and wondered if it was good or not. The last time I had a DQ cone, I had such a horrible stomache ache, thought I would have to go to the hospital, but I am ready to try it again.

Yes I do but it is not on my list of favorites. If you are going to eat ice cream, you cannot in the same breath think about saturated fat and calories. Either enjoy yourself 100% or leave the ice cream alone!

I don't like peppermint, except in toothpaste! I might like it on a warm chocolate brownie. Mmmmmmmmm!

I've never tried it and it doesn't sound very good. I can see how too many chips could ruin it. I prefer strawberry Blizzards.

Good luck to your healthy eating !!
