what about those air hog remote control helecoptors...search toys r us! It's the only item that pops up when you search ages 12-14! For the 13 year old i would give a gift card or money! What about some cool shoes/shirts or a skate board or cologne?!? who knows...i'm in the same boat as you but for a 12 year old who HAS EVERYTHING!!!!

Well you could always give them the money outright, id like that. Ummm dvd's are generally safe presents that tend to go down well. Or maybe a cd, or if they have an ipod an itunes music card thing.

Books by his favorite author, his favorite movie, his favorite cd. A T-shirt with his favorite band on it. If he already has an Ipod, you can get him a gift card so he can buy his favorite songs. A jersey from his favorite sports team. A gift card to his favorite store. A basket of goodies from the bakery or make them yourself. You didn't say no computer games.

What about a book, cd, or dvd? I'm partial to giving magazine subscriptions, it's like a new gift every month when it comes in the mail and everyone loves getting mail.

books are good but for such a youngin that may be hard. if you can't find a book a remote control truck would be great! maybe a skateboard or something active like that.
