My parent's won't listen to anything involving buying a computer game.

As the other three responders said, you can't download Fish Tycoon for free. It wasn't created to be free. Any full versions you find which are for free are illegal and possibly come attached to viruses and/or spyware. I'm sure your parents wouldn't be too pleased with an illegal download, not to mention all of the problems which come from viruses and spyware.
All you can do is to buy the game yourself or ask for it for your birthday or Christmas. If you don't have the money, save any allowances or birthday/Christmas money until you have enough to buy the game. If you don't have a credit card, Game Socks apparently will sell games via money orders. I'm not quite sure how well it works if any problems arise but it is one solution.

got to "bigfishgames.com" and you can download a free demo(60 min.) or save your money and buy it. if your in middle school or elementary school they usually sell those type of games at book fairs also.

Besides - what do you think they'd do to you if they found out you BROKE THE LAW just to SPITE them?!?!?!?!?
