Can exercising help you sleep better? If so should I exercise in the moring, afternoon, or night?

Yes, it certainly can. I can vouch, for that. I actually exercise, in the evening after work during the week, and on the weekends, in the morning, or early afternoon.

in the afternoon is when i exercise i can fall asleep good then

oh yes. A good cardio will make you sleep better. I work on the treadmill two hours before bedtime.
