all animal are wild if they have not been tamed. the only way you call a tame meerkat a wild animal is by changing the definition of the word.

Meerkats are wild animals and should not be kept as pets. Fortunately it is illegal to keep one in the US.

Don't worry Obama will share some Kools with you. And yes they are banning whatever they feel is "necessary" for the common good of us the consumers. Don't worry they will have no oversight or receive public opinion for their findings.
