I don't have one...my body is just used to waking up at 7am...physical clock!

I have an old clock/radio that I just love because the alarm on it starts very, very quietly and gets progressively louder the longer it goes, and isn't that annoying blare that the newer ones seem to be. I set the time 15 minutes ahead, and the alarm is set to 5:45. That way, I think I'm getting to sleep that extra fifteen, but really I'm up at 5:30. I probably should be in therapy, because I'm always happy for that extra fifteen minutes of sleep in the morning!! Delusional...

No alarm clock. I can wake up with in 15 minutes of when I want regardless of the time.

I'd be in BIG trouble if I didn't have one!!! It's set for 5:30- I leave for work at 6:30 and get there at & 7:30.... work 101/2 hours and start all over again. Good thing I actually love what I do- I'm a nanny for a great family!

Yes but it's a very complicated and sophisticated one so I don't bother with it. I just use my cell phone.. I get up at all different times. Depends on what time I have class.
