Freya. If we do that how are they ever going to learn. They already have the whole of the internet to get their answers
A whole lot more that I had when I was their age.

-Because they KNOW we're Smarter than they are- but they DON'T KNOW that means we're smart enough to know that we're NOT gonna do their Homework for them! :)

Mike,

For the same reason they think we should do their homework in physics, chemistry, and math. Because we know how, for some reason, we're supposed to.

Unfortunately some people do it. So the students ask.

But what's scary is that people in psychology and the pseudo-sciences, and in "military" ask people to make decisions for them that will impact their future... their future; And some people actually do it. I wonder if the people ask, "Which service should I join?" or "Am I crazy if...?" or "Which one should I marry?" are really dumb enough to follow the advice. Granted, it's free advice... but it's not worth that much.

Michael if the internet had been around when I was in school I would have been plagiarising and cheating with the best of them! So I can understand why they post homework questions...

Because they don't want to work for it and know that there are people here who will do it for them. I once answered a girl's question about current events by suggesting she google local newspapers and that it was as easy as posting a question here. She blocked me!

Maybe it is actually teachers posting the questions.

Just kidding.
I help out the ones who are asking for help finding information, not a complete assignment.

Because they're lazy good for nothings that want us to do all their work for them, so that they can then form in large antisocial groups in the streets causing terror and collecting ASBOs in the way that others collect stamps.

I refuse to do their homework. I raised too many children to be sucked in to their ruses.

As "older" people let's help them a little bit.

Edit:
O.K. Michael, sorry to chat, but my Father was a schoolteacher & he helped my sister & I so much.
Knowledge should be shared............I did say," A Little bit".
