Like when I smile widely, my left side has more crease and "fatness" than my right side. I actually felt it and my left side is more mushy and right side more bony.

The human body is not symmetrical at all, especially the face. Is your teeth well aligned? Teeth basically affects the jaw and face structure of the face. Misaligned teeth may cause imbalance to looks of the face. My teeth is slightly imbalanced by the molars and premolars so it makes my face looks like one side is thin and the other side is fleshy. Especially when smiling it looks a bit crooked =(

No one is exactly the same in that respect - if you were to draw a line down the center of our heads to our chin, each side is different. Chances are you are the only one who notices it, unless you keep pointing it out to others. Of course if you feel it is real obvious it maybe an allergy causing tear duct issues.

OMG you're not a stroke victim. The side of your face that you sleep on is thinner looking than the other. Everyone's face is like that if you look close enough.

I'm sorry just one side has a pouch of fat on it. I'm just kidding. Maybe it has something to do with which side you sleep on.If you are a side sleeper. Everyone has some difference on each side of their face..

Everything on your body is not the same size as the opposite side, one ear might be lower, one breast might be bigger (or testicle) and so on. One of my eyes is a little smaller then the other, just barely. its normal, unless its sudden... then it might be allergies?
