Ok. so me and my cousins are 'planning' to start a band or w.e.
My cousin is playing guitar. My other cousin playing keyboard.
I am not planning to play drums or be another guitarist, so I was wondering what other instruments are there that I can play for a pop/rock kind of group?

I am planning to be lead vocalist, but I don't wanna stand there and look like a fool.

As I said I'm gonna be lead vocalist and I dont wanna play an instrument that makes me can't sing. Like a harmonica, I can't sing with a harmonica in my mouth. I also want to play an instrument related to pop/rock.

Bass guitar is definitely an option for you, in fact the bass guitar really lines up with the drums well so that you'll be able to carry the rhythm of the song better. It might be cumbersome to you but otherwise it would most likely be your best option for any instrument.

As for other instruments you can play I'd say with the keyboard gone there's not much there for you. You could take up a unique instrument (ex. banjo, sitar, ect.) but as far as pop/rock is concerned it wouldn't really fit. Our you could also do the tambourine but to have every song feature a tambourine would get rather annoying, it's been tried before but with very little success.

How about the saxofone? Great sounding instrument, and it will at least make the band stand out a little bit from every other drums/bass/guitar/keys/vox rock/pop band out there.

guitarist is the best way to go (even though you don't want to) the bands that have 2 of them are always able to do soooooo much cool stuff! or bass, you need a bassist!
