I want to get it but i heard you get charged a lot if you get caught downloading songs. what is the deal?

No, the trick is not to share the music you download. You have an even slimmer chance of getting caught that way. It's in the options of your lime wire. By enabling others to download off of you- you are sending music out there with your account name attached, and it just escalates like rabbits in mating season, haha. Just make sure you turn off that option, and you should be okay. The other thing that happened was one of my friends in college got caught, and that is because they were on a college server. A lot of companies are going from college to college to check the servers and systems, to get people's account names. I dunno how old you are- or if that would apply to you or not. But, just be careful.

ive been pirating music forever i never got caught and i never knew anyone that did
but i think that you should use a different program to download music cause lime wire can put alot of virses on your computer
instead you should use kazza lite
