she hugged this guy infront of me and i noticed she glanced at me while doing so is this a good thing. She ignores me all the time were not even friends yet she is 18
she has called me cute before
i ignore her to b/c im nervous

Why would she be trying to get your attention? She hugged a guy and glanced at you...so what? You're not even friends, so she called you cute...I think you WISH she were trying to get your attention.

If she's hugging another guy while she's looking directly at you, she wants to know if you're watching her, which yes, typically means that she is trying to get your attention.
The best thing that you can do is try to get to know her. The closer you two become, if a relationship is what you want, it will come easier. For advice: Girls typically don't like to be ignored. They want you to pay attention and they want you to notice them.

you are always nervious at first. Get over there and talk to her and you will find out the being nervious was uncalled for.
