I prefer it now. During the "family friendly" days there were too many kids running around. Still hate to see little kids being pushed around in their stroller in over 100 degree heat. Still fascinating things for kids like the M&M Factory, Excalibur and Circus Circus but at least you know you can avoid those places if you wish.
It truly is an adult playground and not meant for kids. Hopefully they learned a leason and will keep it this way.

Las Vegas has always been a truly great destination for young and old. I remember going when I was 4, that was over 25 years ago and when I went at 21 to gamble for the first time. It changed incredibly but always for the better. Truly a great place!!

Vegas is not for kids!
My wife and go there at least once a year,
and every time we see family's with young children being drug up and down the strip.
If your on vacation with the kids go to Disneyland, Yellowstone, or some other place please!
Vegas is not called sin city for nothing.

Love it now. Hated it then.
I don't want to hear screaming children when I want to have a good time. I spend 45 hours a week, 50 weeks a year with the little germ mongers, I don't want them on my vacation. Likewise, I hate having to bandage my ankles after I get clipped with a stroller. (And when the pusher of said stroller gives me a dirty look like it's MY fault, I want to punch them in the face.) If I wanted to be around children, I'd go to Disneyland or the nearest sandbox.

The only time I've been to Vegas was last year so I really can't compare. I didn't notice a lot of families though, it was pretty much what I expected.

Hell yes, i love it. How can you enjoy Vegas with hundreds of little kids running around? Kids should stay at home. We actually went to Circus Circus to check it out one day, and there were SO MANY KIDS, we left after 5 minutes. it was really irritating.
Kid free vegas sounds great to me :)
