I really want to be an actress or model. My biggest dream is to be on one of the shows on Disney Channel, because I can sing well. Do you know of any good schools near Salt Lake City, Utah? I would love any of your help.
Would I make a good model? I am about 5'5" with light brown hair. I have blue eyes and really pale skin. My friends all tell me that I look like a model from Hollister. Do you think that I have a chance? Oh and also, I am pretty thin.
Also, I have heard of John Casablanca's and John Robert Powers. Are they scams?
Do you know of any reliable websites that I could look at for open casting calls or something?
Like I said, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Elizabeth you have a couple of problems. Casablanca and Powers are scams. Websites are of no use. You will never be on Disney because all their serious casting is in LA.
Utah is a sort of maverick state and does not have any SAG frachised agents. So that is a problem. There are local agents however who can get you extra work and modeling work. But again you have a problem. You ae too young to do this on your own. YOu have to get your parents involved, at least until you are 18, then if you are serious about being an actor you will have to leave Utah and go to Phoenix or Denver or Dallas or somewhere where the action is.
