um sorry to say this but it seems like your a myspace addict. this is real bad. it gonna ruin ur life if you dont delete them. spend the 12 hours doing something else. talk on the phone. go outside chill out wid your frends. but staying on myspace for 12 hours is not normal

thats how long ur meant to sleep. Its completely wide-spread. save doing it if it makes u sense refreshed. I paintings on 6 hrs of sleep a night and its terrible. The weekends are the sole time i'm getting to sleep previous due and that i think sooo plenty extra helpful with a 12 hr night of sleep.
