Every time I work out and start to loose weight my chest seems to get less fuller. Is there a way to avoid that?

Your breasts are fat AND dense breast tissue.

So it all depends.

If you are a good weight, and lose, and your breasts are dense, you won't lose weight.

If you are overweight, and lose weight, and your breasts are more fatty, and therefore you would lose in the breast.

Since you say your chest gets less fuller, your instance is that you have more fatty than dense breast tissue.

So there really is no way to "keep" your breast size.

IMO I'd be better off losing the weight, instead of keeping unhealthy weight on just because of your breast size.

You can do exercises to help lift your breast to make them look perky but you will loose the fullness with the weight.

Stinks...I know.

Hello,
Our breasts are nothing but fat.
So to loose fat this also means loosing your breasts. Skinny is not always what it is cracked up to be!

Other then getting fake ones, I do not see a way. Having a kid is not the answer.....

Implants. And even then, it is very obvious that they ARE implants, cause of the rippling if you get saline.
