Child abuse is never right..........
But neither is "Parent abuse"......
or the child working the system.......
Which these days is probably MORE COMMON that either of the other two............
I had "CPS" come by when my kids were real small, the oldest......not yet 2 had climbed a fence into a pear tree and got outside the fenced yard.......i tore his lil' butt up.....through the pamper, "no harm".....they told me I couldn't disipline my child and I had said that if a Pulp-Wood truck had hit him & had been killed......"which was the lesser of the 2 evils?"
At some point I told my wife to pack my sons clothes he was going with this "CPS" guy who thought he could do a better job!" All at once he stated he didn't want to take the child.....I told him to get the hell off my property......Last I ever heard from him or them. If more people would take this attitude parents would again be able to do what is best for the child.
Now don't get the idea I was a strict parent that threatened my kids with a belt or corpral punishment. Not so, but "WE" a parent knows what is best for our kids. If they think they can threaten you with taking the child, your playing right into their hands......Leaving a parent almost helpless as far as disipline.

The Catholic Church has never defended the actions of any child abuser. As required by law, the Catholic Church has provided legal representation for the very few of its employees who have been accused of child abuse. The Catholic Church has paid out billions of dollars in damages as dictated by the courts, not as defense. In every population of human beings are going to a few sick or evil people who commit horrible crimes, even in the Church. The percentage of pedophiles in the clergy of the Catholic Church is actually less than that of society in general. These few terrible people do not negate the faith, hope and love of over one billion Catholics. The Church is neither the Church hierarchy nor the priests. The Church is God and His relationship with over one billion living Catholics on Earth and God only knows how many in heaven, all of whom make up the Body of Christ. Remember that political scandals in nations, even up to and including the highest leaders, like President Nixon and the Watergate scandal, do not make the nation as a whole wrong, immoral, or worthless. And the Catholic Church is so much holier and more important than any nation. With love in Christ.

I had a student, first grade, tell me to "Shut up, ****head!" I know the feeling. Next time I'll just call him a Knucklehead McSpazatron and stun him into silence.

It's justified for the child to abuse the parents.
