I think the most important thing in leadership is someone who looks out for the good of the people only and puts aside their selfish motivations. But people get corrupted, and usually those who move up in the ranks are power hungry because to get there, you have to play the corrupt game. The world has a few good leaders, but in general yes we need better leaders.

leadership is the ability to take charge
and lead others to the right passage.
It isn't just being boisterous and telling others what
to and to not do.
you should be pretty smart, but it doesn't take a genius
to become a great leader.
you should be quick, clever-thinking, and always protect your people.
you are prepared, and when troubles lie ahead,
you encourage your people and have confidence
to show that they are in good hands.
in this world we live in today,
we definately need a great leader that can protect
and lead us the right way.
There are so many problems in the world right now,
and if there is noone to take charge
to fix things up,
trouble will arise.

Leadership by example characterized by honesty and sincerity to serve the people.
The Pope is a good leader because he personifies morality and teaches how it is to be upright.
The better leader is one who listens to the people and gives them inspiration to solve their problems.
