This is good artwork but if you are going to carry on with this Manga inspired cartoon work you need to learn to ink up first before you go on to colour up the artwork. The sort of ink up tools you use are up to you but as a cartoonist myself I have to recommend that you learn you learn to use Indian Ink and dip pens. I'd start with some Gillott mapping pens such as 303,404,crow quill(659) and 291or290.
Using these in your work will enable you to create very expressive line work that will greatly enhance your work. The next step is to learn to ink up using a brush and ink and again this teaches you different techniques such as dry brush effects that are good for muscles shaping.
When you have learned to use these tools then I'd say it's the time to use markers. Now this may seem a little odd but from experience I know you have a better understanding of how to move onto markers if you have a grounding in the traditional way to ink up you work.
Learning with these tools also help if you go on to ink up on a computer using a graphics tablet. This because you also have a better understanding of how to set up you brushes to get the sort of response you need from the tool. By fare the best tool I have found for this is Coral Painter because it has brushes and pens that work just like real ones. You cannot get the same sort of thing from Photoshop, for example.

I think it's great, but I also think that the desision if it is good or not is up to you. You're the wonderful artist (certianly more better than me!) and you should be pround. As for the artwork, I love it.

Arms are awkward and I think his head's a tad big for his body, but other than that it's pretty much awesome. The shading on the skull is particularly great. =D

i like to draw myself and i always think that a picture needs something else and everyone likes it and sometimes i'll end up ruining a perfectly good picture so don't change it

Good composition with a good sense of movement and energy. Lose sense of what happens to right arm. Great pic though!

to be truthful, i really don't like it that much. the composition is good, though the colors are all in the red spectrum. overall, it's a very harsh piece with unpleasant elements (sorry).
