I know about depression and I do not know how to thank God i am of it. My reason was a medication the doctor gave me, but if you are depressed with nor reason at all, well...then you can go something, like go and rent a very funny movie and why not, also a very sad one and then after you finish with the sad one, you will see that you are very lucky. I don't know, but I suppose you are healthy, you eat everyday and you have a pretty house, so cheep up and think how lucky you are. Here you have a new friend!!! please cheer up !!!

go outside & take a walk, then when you get home pop a silly movie into the machine and laugh at something stupid that you enjoy, maybe Mr. Bean, Monty Python, a Jim Carrey movie like Ace Ventura, or something really mindless like that;

or for music click over to You tube and search "Shakira and Aerosmith" for a 2002 clip of her performing Dude Looks Like a Lady (& make sure you watch it until the VERY end because she really rocks out) If that doesn't cheer you up, it's probably hopeless

When you're depressed, just remember these rules...get up, get moving, get out, and go laugh with your family and friends. Self indulgence doesn't work. You, and you alone, are causing these dark, dismal thoughts and feelings. Just take charge, and change your attitudes and latitudes!.

well you can make 2 lists. the first one you write all the reasons you are feeling depressed about, and on the second you write all the reason why you shouldnt be upset (ex. maybe its not worth it?) then take the bad list and throw it in a fire place, or just light it on fire & let it burn away.

works for me. & plus, watching the bad list burn is entertaining.. hahaha :)

Watch a funny movie, call one of your old friends, read a book, search funny cats on youtube and watch them (they are hilarious), go to lolcats.com, go shopping

I hope you feel better. Happy holidays

How depressed. It depends.

Maybe you need some fresh air, cup of tea, music, funny movie.

Maybe you seriously depressed and need medical help.

I can't tell.
