ok so heres what I'm thinking grounded copper wire, lead, faraway mes, doubt aluminum foil can someone give me how much these radio waves can absorb as well as maybe adding new ones to the list?

Any conductor of electricity will absorb electromagnetic radiation, unless it is a perfect conductor (superconductor), in which case it reflects all of it. The rest is a matter of design: how much do you want to be absorbed, and how to handle the absorbed energy.
