And I always thought C-SPAN was a cable network that broadcast LIVE from the floor of the Congress. I am certain the congressional record is available to the public. There are MILLIONS of websites that list how individuals voted on nearly EVERY bill in Congress. Exactly which lawmaking is secret?

I'm not sure what you mean.
The Congressional Record is published every day. The only committees that are secret are because they are discussing sensitive information.

The tried making it a go-cart but when that didn't work they tried a ser-cart instead.
