Is this what asked for. If the world were made of Marshmallows we would live in a marsh made of marshmallows our ingenuity would literally know no bounds. The could roast a part of the ground and have it for a snack.Bears would toast are health over campfires with marshmallows and scarf us down. When the time to go to Heaven instead of the usual when the time came our flesh would turn to marshmallows God would turn on a Heavenly Roaster and toast our dead flesh and drink it with a mixture of coffe and toast these fine Human Beans

It would collapse in on itself from the massive surface pressure that is caused by all the people and things that are standing on it - not to mention the incredible centripedal force that is keeping our world in orbit around the sun. If the weight changed so drastically (after all, marshmallows are very light and fluffy) we would be thrown off orbit and likely crash into another planet or just drift away into space, frozen and barren.

... Not to turn this into something bleak or anything.

It wouldn't last very long.
Between the rain and the sun, we would end up with a sticky, gooey mess, that would be to light to hold us all any way. But, on the bright side, we could all make marshmallow taffy while we were sinking.
