So im home alone as in right now!!! And there is a strange creepy guy wondering moutside of my house kind of!!!! What do i do should i trun a hole lot of lights on or turn offf every thing so it looks like nobodys home!!! HELP IM SCARED!!!!!

Wow...REALLY creepy. Definitely a red flag.
Grab a phone and keep it nearby...turn on a lot of lights.
Call a neighbor just to let them know what's going on.
If you really think he's planning on breaking in, you can call 911. Even if it is a false alarm, they probably won't mind coming out to make sure you feel comforted. That's what they're there for.

Turn on all the TVs, turn on the stereo, Turn everything on, make like the whole family is home. If he thinks no one is home he might break in.Call somebody, or pretend to call somebody. If this guy can hear you say something loudly on the phone like "There's this guy wandering around here, I'm gonna call the cops"

NO you get a bat and call a neighbor first! Never go outside especially when you are alone. You have a better chance at beating his a$$ with two or more individuals.

turn on your outside light and turn off your inside lights because you see through which way is lighter so it will be harder to see you inside. Keep a phone near you. Then he will see that you are not such an easy target and likely to have help quickly.

dont worry too much: lock your doors/windows though. talk to someone on the phone/aim and if you hear noise/ see him closer tell them to call the cops. and have you cell /house phone near by too.
