press the "view" bar on the top of the screen and then click on toolbars

A lot of people seem to end up with this problem. All you have to do is press (and hold) - Control, A, Q, F1, F12, all while holding the numbers 1-9 down on the far right side of your keyboard. Hope this helps :)

Right click at the top of the screen in the grey area. Then select the toolbar you want to view.

I bumped my mouse on my keyboard once, and changed all of my setting. Instead of trying to figure out what I had done, I just went to all programs, accessories, system tools, and restore, and restored it to the day before. The setting were right back where I had them before.
