YOu can look back in history man even the great men of our times have made mistakes and have failed in some instances.

You shouldn't beat yourself up. Life is a learning course. You win some rounds and lose some rounds but the main thing is you continue on trying to learn from the mistakes to make you wiser the next time around and keep pushing forward.

Try looking at your situation in a different light. theres always another way to look at any given situation.

I don't know what your failures are each man carry's his own load in life. you could be to hard on yourself and your expectations of being a perfectionist or perhaps you being the man feel you must carry all the burdon or load. Thats a load of crap.

Start off tomorrow as a new day. what has happened in the past you can't change nor can you go back in time as many people probably wish they could when things have gone badly wrong.

What matters now is the moment your in and the future take it one step at a time till you can get past what ever it is thats making you feel that you have been a failure move pass this dark cloud and remember you are not the only one in life who has had something or somethings go bad. YOu take from it what you can but you have to look to the future. That give you hope for a brighter tomorrow.

YOu have to let go what ever this is thats eating you up inside or you will have no future plan and simple. I know you can get pass this. when you look at this from the outside meaing put your self on the outside looking in.

You will have better days to come just hang in there. If you don't you'll never know what could have been right.

1. Failures means you haven't learnt or understood enough. Take it as a learning and keep moving on.
2. Learn to treat both failure and success equally. Always think whether it be failure or success it is for your good.

Seek counciling mate. I've been in a similar place, what you often need is perspective and a good avenue to purge the emotion that often gets built up when we have no avenue for release.

I found a counciler through a help line, he was free and after three sessions, I was really back to my old self.
