yes. I have a friend who was hospitalized with a friggin concussion and a SEVERED third finger last year when a bunch of ice fell on him! CRAZY!

well if it is then that is the law i have never heard of.
any way the bird call raven are usually responsible for doing this they love it. so if u have some of them around get rid of them.
or looks like some one from the high sky is interested in getting ur attention...... only u can figure it out who he is.

yup, like bird sh*t on just washed cars, getting mud on brand new shoes in themiddle of summer, dumping champagne down the front of a rented tux, anything you dont want to happen, most likely will
