you solve this the same way you solve an equation
maybe it would be easier for you if you rewrote the problem like this

3t-2 > -2

Now add 2 to BOTH sides

3t-2+2>-2+2

3t > 0

divide BOTH sides by 3

3t/3 > 0/3

t > 0 ( you DO NOT flip the sign unless your dividing by a negative #)

Add 2 to both sides to the 3t alone

0 < 3t

Divide by 3 to get the variable alone, don't forget to flip the sign since you divided by 3
