Ok this does not make any Sense to me, Raw & SmackDown are Two Hours, and SmackDown has these for Championships:
World Heaveyweight Championship, United States Championship, WWE Tag Team Championship & The Cruiserweight Championship, and Raw has: WWE Championship, World Tag Team Championship, Intercontinental Championship, and WWE Women's Championships. But ECW is only one hour and only had one championship, the ECW Championship. WWE has to make ECW Two Hours, And have these as there Championships: ECW Championship, ECW Tag Team Championship, ECW Television Championship. And then they need to expand ECW's Roaster from 16 to 31, which would mean that they need 15 more wrestlers.

I agree they need more wrestlers in ECW. I also agree that they need to have tag belts and either the old TV title or bring the cruiserweight title to ECW.
The thing is the WWE doesn't want ECW to be a two hour show so it won't be. It fact they don't seem interested in doing much for ECW.

The roster is small, and they haven't developed a lot of talent. The viewing is stagnent and not much has been invested in ECW.

If Vince really wants this flagship to set sail, he has to make some major additions:

1) Buy out CZW and bring in talent like Ruckus (best wrestler no one knows about), Necro Butcher (craziest SOB), BrainDamage (scary how this guy likes to hurt himself and others), Freakshow (Just a plain Freak), and Nate Hatred. These guys could help bring back the extreme in ECW and this could lead to bringing back the Hardcore Title. Hardcore matches alone would draw crowds and interest.

2) Start bringing in young talent from FCW, DCW and OVW. They are bringing Kofi Kingston but they could bring a lot more talent. Imagine bringing G'rilla to ECW. Matches between Big Daddy V and G'rilla would be epic. Bring in innovators; such as: Claudio Castilano, Mike Kruel, Ted Dibiase Jr, TJ Wilson, Kevin Kiley, and Jake Hagger. This would increase the roster and you could easily develop rivaleries.

3) They should cater back to the hardcore or extreme, thats what put ECW on the mape and they have fallen from that. John Morrison and Miz are ok wrestlers but wouldn't survive old school ECW. If they put out a tournement, come royal rumble, the finals could happen. The Hardcore title could be what the US and IC title is for their respective branch.

4) Bring back the ECW tag titles. Again bringing in talent could help re-inforce the matter. DCW and OVW have many tag teams, easily adding the Insurgancy, Team Mobile, Etc would help add talent and the tag division.

5) Bring back some of the old school: RVD, Terry Funk, Sabu, and Sandman. I know WWE released them but if you add new hardcore vs old hardcore, that could be epic.

6) ECW could do something WWE has never done, have a yearly tournment for the ECW Championship Trophy, representing all the best ECW has to offer. One pay-per-view can be assigned for ECW, every man on the roster can wrestle and the winner gets a chance at a championship on Raw, Smackdown or stay on ECW. This would be monumental. The tournment could come around the time of March Madness and one could play around with the theme.

Did you ever take a look at its roster?

There really are not that many wrestlers in ECW. The ratings were going down each week and the WWE needed to help ECW. Also they only hold 1 current championship which is the ECW Championship.

Good points made about ECW. I'm still wondering why they refer to it as the world of extreme. I have yet to see anything that even came remotly close to being extreme.

Definately. ECW is better wrestling, just not enough wrestlers. Honestly, RVD was their best, and he's gone.
