Don't listen to the rest of them. If they had to answer truthfully the majority of people (more than half) started experimenting sexually and fooling around at the same age. They are either in denial (most of the public is) or have conveniently erased their past.
Hormones and sexual curiosity kick in hard at this age and many will seek a covenient outlet for sexual release. It is not uncommon or out of the ordinary. Any good psychologist will agree. "MANY" generations have done so before you. Many will after you. There is an old saying,...if it feels good.. DO IT.
Just be carefull.

Well...according to former president Bill Clinton, you wouldn't be having sex at all. Depends what is is, ya know.
If you mean is it okay from a helath perspective, certainly, if you can absolutely know the other persons health...and how can you do that?
If you mean morally, depends on your morals. I personally have a problem with it.
If you mean sociallogically: It is probably a bad idea at this stage of development, especially with regards to judgement and maturity.
On the other hand, if you are male and some female is offering, there is probably very little I can say that will stop you.

It isn't wrong, but don't you think that saving the world or making sure you end up rich is more important than receiving oral sex which would last up to 30 mins?
if you do, make sure you study and get good grades so a decent college/uni will accept you.
edit; to all the people saying it's wrong, perhaps you should stop telling naive little lies and try the brutal honest truth every once in a while i.e; kids these days have sex, whether we older people like it or not.

i think you should wait to do stuff like that 'til ur older and u kno its the person ur gona be with for the rest of ur life. Even tho it may seem like its not a big deal it kinda is. If you go around do that with every b/f or g/f you have you could be considered a whore

Nobody can decide if its wrong for you but the real question is in a few years are you going to regret it? What happens if you and your partner break up how will you feel about it then.... be realistic, think about it
Oh and it is wrong if your partner wants you to do it and your not really sure you want to!

It is something that only you can really decide, ultimately. But be aware of the psychological complexities behind it, it isn't only a physical thing, there is a lot of mentality behind it. Please be sure, if you are going to have oral sex, that you know all the implications such as STD's and such that you can get from it. Be safe if you are going to do anything!!!

Yes. Did you go and get them tested? I don't think so. You never know if they have a hidden STD or sickness of any kind. Don't do it.
