let-small
The Capulets are small headed or not very bright to be involved in the endless domestic dispute

Montague
Mont-mountain

Look up "Lammas." Then look at Act One, Scene Three of the play. The action takes place more than two weeks before Lammas. So you're mistaken about Juliet's birth date. (Although she probably did have a July birthday, and she certainly dies sometime in mid-July.)
