Its wrong. She should buy her own flowers. And we the taxpayers should hold her accountable. But like the article said, the repubs can't nail her on it because their own spending records are even worse. "House Minority Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio) has increased spending 23 percent above what Pelosi spent when she held the same job." Kind of hard to throw stones when the Republican House is made of glass.

The last of your cited article:
I’d look to the Republicans to beat the Democrats up on this sort of idiotic extravagance, but their hands aren’t exactly clean in this either:
Republicans are spending more as well. House Minority Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio) has increased spending 23 percent above what Pelosi spent when she held the same job. That would be 16 percent if some of Hastert?s closing-out costs were deducted.
When are the Republicans going to learn? Rhetoric about the Democrats being a bunch of spend-happy commissars always looking to expand the size of government doesn’t work if you yourself are only marginally less spend-happy

She next in line behind the vice president to the oval office, so she need to have an office fitting of her position in our government. Plus when you dealing with Millions of dollars every day, 16,000 is like 50 cents to us, not really a big deal.

Yeah. Pretty funny. Did you read the last paragraph of the article? Apparently not.

I do not like her at all.
She and her crones have done nothing to get anything passed anyways.
She might as well enjoy the flowers while she can, because she needs to be thrown out on her butt.

I think you bush supporter's priorities are out of whack!
$16,000 on flowers for an office is NOTHING compared to the $476,000,000,000 and COUNTING that bush is wasting in iraq.

Well she did promise to change things when she was in charge. Finally, evidence of her actually delivering on that promise.
