Ok, So i sent my application to them in the middle of November and I still haven't gotten a response back, but my friend just sent her on the 29th of November and she got her acceptance letter, WHAT IS UP WITH THAT?! Why do they do that?

AND

for Fullerton, it tells me that my application is completed but I came back to check it today and it tells me it is NOT completed...I need to send my official transcript and my SAT score which I already sent. My friend didn't do anything of that and he got accepted...

I AM SO CONFUSED.

For the Fullerton situation, I would call the Admissions Office. Disappearing documents could keep you out of college, so it is worth checking.

With regard to Cal Poly, there isn't necessary any correspondence between when you sent your application in and when you hear from them. Your friend could have, for some reason (her grades, her major, etc.) been an automatic admit. They knew that they were not going to get a bunch of other applicants who were better, so they went ahead and admitted her. Other applicants need to be measured against the competition, so they may be holding your application and waiting to see what else comes in to make the comparisons.
