DIET??? Whas that? LOL

HOLIDAYS in themselves are diet destroyers!...we are dispensing this year with traditional Christmas menu-fare and having BBQ ribs; chicken, potato salad, corn, muffins, green beans; seafood salad, mac and cheese and greens and tons of horrible cholesterol, sugar, and fat laden desserts!

We're all fairly broke this year so we decided to make our celebration about family and good food!

BRING on the dangerous levels in my blood tests..who the heck cares! LOL Santa will make me better!

FOOD. My husband was a professional chef, and he cooks the BEST food during the holidays. We are BOTH supposed to be on a diet, but since it's the Holidays, we're both 'getting fatter' and we'll start dieting again after Jan 1. We won't be 'thin' by our anniversary, though, and we're going on vacation for at least a week, but after that, when the weather is warmer, we'll 'try to lose weight' again. Until the next 'holiday season' at the end of the year.

I`m on an Atkins-like diet (and am going be on for a few years...)

Therefore: My holiday diet destroyer is anything whith sugar or other carbs in it. `

And I`m gonna enjoy them all! (At least to a degree, december is my time-out month...)

I`ve lost 9 kilos the last 6 months, so I`m alowed... (Now wheighs 99 kilos - at least 20 to go...)

Santa always brings me a big box of those Cherry Mash candy bars because I've been very, very nice. I don't diet though. I just get lots of exercise.

I’m one of those fortunate people that can eat what I want and not gain pounds. I could get rich if I could teach how it’s done. But on the diet subject I’m dumb as a rock.
