How do you make a goose down blanket? What sort of material (besides the down) would you need?

Mattress ticking or tight cotton with a high thread count . You'd also need a high-post sewing machine.

A tightly woven material so the feathers don't work their way out...possibly a muslin or material similar to a mattress material. Also very strong thread to make good tight seams.
