Home made cookies or brownies would be nice. Or a nice house plant. I think home made gifts always show that time and thought where put in.
Instead of a gift you could invite the family over for dinner (be sure to ask if there are food they do not eat) or invite them out for a meal, your treat.
I disagree with the pp that said a Muslim family wouldn't want a gift. Just because they have a different religion doesn't mean that they won't appreciate being thought of.
I think a holiday gift is appropriate and thoughtful, just stay away from anything that is Christian in nature.

Santa Baby is correct - show the family consideration by refraining from forcing your gift-giving obligations on them. They would appreciate an Eid card, though!

what does this ought to do with being muslim? i'm not muslim and that i don't gown skanky. I gown with decency. i'm unlikely to conceal up each thing, yet i don't coach unappropriate quantities of epidermis. vinny is an fool. wow. did you be attentive to allah is an identical observe for God? muslims worship an identical Christian, and Jewish God? How retarded are you able to get? And who stated all muslims are against peace? not basically are your theories all incorrect, yet you won't be able to spell well worth a turn. edit: i understand youthful girls persons are compelled. that's the place parenting comes into play. you won't be able to make the government positioned regulations in this. that is not their duty. it would be unfair to try this. we are in united statesa., not the middle East, and that's an ingredient of the reason we are over there battling, to repair the corrupted government that is attempting to 'alter' each thing. human beings prefer freedom to do what they like. it fairly is unlike abortion or loss of life row arguments here, it fairly is approximately a thank you to gown. you won't be able to make that determination for persons. that isn't democracy.

You couldn't go wrong with type of gift for the home, such as a candle, a plaque with a nice message, flowers, etc. Food is also a good choice, such as cookies or candy in a decorative tin. (You can find a tin that has just winter-related images rather than pictures of Santa.) If you go that route, try to fix it yourself. Homemade goodies have more significance than store-bought because you had to take time and use patience to make them.

Muslims don't celebrate Christmas so they would not appreciate a Christmas gift. A better gesture would be a nice gift for their holiday Eid, which falls on December 20th this year.. with a card saying Happy Eid. Best Wishes!

well you could ask your son what sort of things they like. And I think anything which isn't of a religious matter would be alright.
