My computer wont let me on the internet?

When I access the internet it will only let me on for a few minutes and then it stops. It is a wireless connection, but even when i hook it up via a land connection, it does the same thing. It will work for about ten minutes and then stop. Is there a setting on my computer that wil do this to my computer or is it a hardware problem.

Sounds like there is a problem with your modem or a setting on your router if you have one. I'd start with your ISP tech support.
