ok children get stress from almost anything but how do they manage it or what do they do "express" their feelings or the stress they have

depends.
some are:
crying
stomach ache
getting sick
vomiting
withdrawing
sleeping
doing very poorly in school and activities
partly depends on the age of the child
older kids/teens may use alcohol, drugs, cutting, sex, etc.

A lot of times for younger children they don't know how to express their feelings. They may throw tantrums, get argumentative, or become withdrawn. Sometimes older kids will act out and take their aggression out on the closest parent possible. Whether it's your fault or not.

When you say "children", I think younger than 13. I don't ever recall having 'stress' quite like I expirience it now as an 18 year old. I would guess that when kids are in distress, they either take it out on their friends or slack in school work.

My son draws on the wall,messes in the kitchen drawer,cry and whine,sings and messes up the computer

kids react differently to different types of stress. they can act out, withdraw, lose hope, fail at school or any combination of the above.

im 13 i write it on paper cuss about it to my friends sometimes I scream! but only one time I have thought about some drugs achohal sex all that I shouldnt be doin (I DIDNT do any of it)

Cry, try to express themselves without really tell why they're doing ________, pretend everything's alright and try to forget ______ happened.

Whine, cry, stomp up or down stairs,. slam doors rip or tear things up.

-talk to my friends
