Yes. They have outstanding reserves as well as starters. I don't think you can go wrong with betting more than that. They will advance farther into the playoffs and possibly into the World Series. I mean look at their team. They have Beltran, Delgado, Wright, Reyes, Maine, Wagner, Martinez, Chavez, and newly added Castillo.

They'll have just as good a shot as anyone else. IF they can pick up some bullpen help and a 3-4th starter they would be much better off.
That offense is still growing too, Reyes and Wright are scary talented.

no. simple reason......the phillies. im not standing on any side, i am a marlin fan, but the fact that the mets SP is not consistant(evident from the end of last year) and the fact that the phillies are solid all around.....the mets will maybe win wildcard
