I had to do a research paper but i basically copied and pasted it. so i have to do it agian whats the best way to praphrase sentences

Paraphrasing in a method of restating what has been written. In other words (see here, I'm paraphrasing what I just said), it could be telling the story in your own words.

This is from Wikipedia, but it looks good to me:
