Also known as semiconductors, they lie on the boundary between metals and non-metals on a diagonal on the right hand side of the Periodic Table.

Metalloids are Semi conductors
They can have both the properties of metals and non - metals

They would conduct electricity and wont conduct at certain circumstances, etc etc
