I think he does but he's going to need some help from his teammates. He needs better WR's to throw to. He definitely has potential to be a great QB in the NFL.

To become a star in any sport without a supporting cast comes along only once in a blue moon. Barry Sanders is a Prime example. Great player and a star,, but had very little supporting cast through most all of his years. If Vince Young gets all the proper players to support him and his team.. Yes, I believe he will make Pro Bowl appearances. Not sure about him being a super star though.

As a Tennessee Titans fan, here's what I see in Vince Young:
Potentially, he has a very great upside, but he is going to need some serious help around him. Living around Nashville, I've seen every game and every play. There have been bad plays which were his fault and there have been disappointing plays which were the fault of his receivers. If Young doesn't get better help at the receiving position then I'm afraid he will be average at best. Now, if he can get a playmaker or two at receiver then it would help eliminate some of the problems, like dropped passes. It would also be great for his confindence as well.

Vince Young is the same quarterback as Michael Vick. They're very moblie and run the ball great. They have good passing arms but couldn't hit the broadside of a barn if they wanted to. He'll always be remember as a good running quarterback but outside of that, he won't amount to much.

He's an average NFL QB at best. Titans have a lot of holes on offense to fill in WRs, OL, and RB. Even then Young will never be a superstar QB in the NFL. I see no divisional championships, no conference championships, and definitely no SB trophy in their immediate future.

I don't see him getting that much better at the passing game. He will always be able to run and create plays that way, but to carry a team I don't see him doing that. He needs a good team around him to have success. Look at the team now. The defense is carrying the entire team with out the help of Young.

He'll make the Pro Bowl one or two times, if the Titans defensive line stays good he might make it deep into the playoffs, but he'll be regarded as an average QB and he certainly won't make the Hall of Fame. He won't get much better as a passer than he is right now.
