Based on your description of the damage, the bank won't even notice. As long as the required information (bank drawn on, account no., amount, signature, and payee) can be identified, the check is still good. You would likely be SHOCKED how damaged a check can be and still be valid.

NOTE: ALL of the numbers at the bottom of the check are duplicated on other parts of the check.

As long as the checks are legible and the encoding at the bottom is clear and able to be read. You bank can advise you if it is acceptable but it shouldn't be a problem

As long as you didn't tear the numbers across the bottom they are still okay.
