Well if they didn't use contraception, you'd probably get a mixed breed, I guess. They could genetic characteristics from either one or both of them, depends on their mutations.
The child might be called a hip-cow (more like a hip-hop cow).

maybe the milk would come out of it's nose, they would be pretty large, and you wouldn't be able to milk it because it would be too close to the ground.
